Can I return or exchange my Naava purchase?

Yes, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request for a return. You will be provided with 2 options for upon initiating your return request as listed below:

1) Exchange - Write to us at customersupport@shopnaava.in and we can give you an exchange in the form of size or a new piece of the same style.

2) Refund through In-Store Credit - You will receive a refund in the form of online store credit equivalent to the value of the article eligible for return. It will be valid for 1 year from date of purchase

What is the instore credit refund process?

Follow 3 easy steps to initiate your credit Refund:

1) Within 10 days of ordering the product please write to us at customersupport@shopnaava.in. Ensure to attach your order confirmation number/bill copy.

2) You will hear back from us within 24 hours of raising your request with the tracking details for the return.

3) You shall receive store credit in the form of an exclusive code within 5-7 days from the date of return initiation. The code can be applied during checkout on your next purchase and will be valid up to 1 year from the date of issue.
